terms of service!

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:AS THE ARTIST...
- I retain full copyright and ownership of all artwork I create.
- I reserve the right to post commissioned works on my social media, portfolio, or for promotional purposes. If you prefer your piece not to be shared publicly, please let me know before I begin.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission without providing a reason.AS THE CLIENT...
- You may provide up to 5 references of the character, pose, design, etc., or a detailed written description.
- You may not reproduce, sell, or use the artwork for commercial purposes.
- You may print the artwork for personal use.
- You must not use the artwork for NFTs or AI training. Doing so will result in a permanent block.
- You may post the artwork on your personal social media or website with proper credit (my name or a link).
- You may crop, resize, or edit the artwork for personal use (e.g., icons or wallpapers), as long as credit is clearly given.REQUEST FORM:
- To request a commission, you must fill out the official Google Form linked at the beginning of this site.
- Once I review your request, I’ll send you a confirmation email letting you know whether your commission has been accepted or declined.
- If accepted, I will contact you through your chosen method (Discord or Instagram) to confirm payment and continue communication.
- Please ensure your contact information is accurate and that your DMs are open.PAYMENT:
- I accept payments in U.S. Dollars (USD) and Mexican Pesos (MXN).
- Payment is required upfront — you must pay 50% in advance.
- I accept PayPal for USD and MXN, and bank transfers to Mercado Pago for MXN.
- International clients can pay in USD via PayPal — PayPal will convert your local currency automatically. Conversion fees (if any) are the client’s responsibility.
- Work will not begin until the first payment is received.
- The remaining 50% is due after I send you the final preview with watermark. Upon receiving the full payment, I will deliver the final high-resolution file.ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS:
- Each commission includes one character by default, unless otherwise specified.
- Additional characters are charged at +50% of the base price per character.
- Separate scenes with different characters count as separate commissions.TURNAROUND TIME:
- Completion time ranges from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity and my schedule.
- I will notify you if there are any delays.REVISIONS:
- You may request up to 2 minor revisions during the sketch phase (e.g., pose adjustment, expression, accessories).
- Major revisions (e.g., outfit redesign, full pose change) after sketch approval will require an additional fee.
- No full redraws will be offered once the sketch is approved.DELIVERY:
- Final artwork will be delivered via Gmail in .PNG format, high resolution (300 DPI), typically around 2000x2000px.
- Before that, a low-resolution, watermarked preview will be sent via your selected contact method.
- Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t receive the final email.REFUNDS:
- No refunds will be issued once work has started.
- A full refund will only be given if I personally cancel the commission.PRIVACY:
- Any personal information you provide (name, email, private references) will be kept confidential.
- I will never share your information without your explicit permission.IMPORTANT NOTES:
- I can draw male characters, but I primarily draw female characters. Please take this into consideration when commissioning me.
- I am open to drawing any ship or pairing. I do not offer exclusivity for OCs or ships, meaning multiple clients may commission the same characters.
